  • The new ADL office moves to the old Consistory building, to serve the residents of the municipality

Castalla City Council starts the Office of Local Development (ADL) again after being inactive for a few months. The ADL office was located at Constitution Avenue 68, along with the Suma office. Now, with the new location, you can find it in the building of the old Town Hall, on Calle Mayor No. 1, next to the Municipal Registry.

The Occupation Councilor and First Deputy Mayor, Gema Sánchez, explained that “the government team has decided to move the Local Development Agency to the town hall, where all people interested in carrying out all kinds of procedures will have to be directed.”

The fundamental mission of the ADL is to boost the economic activity of the municipality through the competitive impulse of the business fabric, the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit and the improvement of employability. The basic pillars of the ADL to perform this task are occupation, entrepreneurs, industry, commerce and new projects.

Those interested in contacting the ADL can do so through the same telephone numbers, 687 79 80 33 and 687 79 79 49. The agency can also be contacted via email adl@castalla.org.

The offices will also be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. “We want to strengthen and continue the work carried out by the local development department in the municipality, because it is essential for our entrepreneurs, with the aim of boosting local economic activity and strengthening our business fabric,” said Sánchez.
